There are now over 100 members on the edu4drr site, all logging on at different times throughput the world. We are members here because we want to make a difference. We want hazards to not lead to disaster and because education is integral to this process. It is important that knowledge is shared and advice given to colleagues. This forum is the place to do this. Here we can upload documents, lesson plans, or link to these online so that we can all learn from each others good practice and sometimes from mistakes that we have made. Teaching is a learning process for the teacher or educator as well as for the students and it is important that we are reflective practitioners. I am also very EXCITED about seeing what others do as a teacher being able to build on this work and even integrate into my own lessons!

To get you started I have just added a short 'teaching tips' guide and a list of useful websites that I used when planning a scheme of work for colleagues at my school. This gives them ideas as well as a resource base from which to work from!
