1. Open a separate tab or window with the YouTube video you want to upload.
2. Copy the text in the 'embed' box to the right of the video.
3. Return to the videos page on this site (under multimedia) and click on upload. It will take several seconds to bring up the uploader. Ignore this and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the YouTube button.
4. When the box comes up, just paste in the code. It will ask for a description and tags, which will make this more interesting to viewers and help find it again later.
