Men made large reservoirs are tending to create environmental disasters by uplifting ground water level. The minerals associated with ground water will come to upper level soil and increase salinity level. After considerable period these lands will change into useless lands and increase vulnerability and also due to climate change impacts this issue will increase the risk.
