The aim of the 2nd International Conference on Education for Disaster Prevention is to enhance the connections with the experiences of international societies. This includes combining the achievements and learning experiences among plans in Taiwan and exchanging experiences of promoting disaster prevention education with other countries (i.e. the United States, England, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, China, Switzerland and Turkey ) through the open discussion and keynote speeches in this conference. Papers will be presented in six major topics which include a teacher training program for disaster prevention education, courses designed for disaster prevention education, disaster prevention and rescue for campuses, e-learning of disaster prevention education, disaster prevention discipline, and performance evaluation on disaster prevention education.
