This drill from the Philippines is sadly very representative of a lot of well-meaning but very poorly conceived efforts. No concept of the 4 rules: No talking, no running, no pushing, no going back. And get away from the building. (sigh) and led by Red Cross - we must do better than this!!

i also agree on your reaction to this drill, we really luck the technology to enhance our purpose in making a safer procedure. i hope to learn more in doing this right its one of the many reasons why i join this network. please send me materials that could help me, thanks

Where are the teachers? Teachers should be leading their classes out or at least staying with them until the assembly area when registers are taken! An interesting video...I think the Red Cross need to give me a job! ;)
