Effective Education for Disaster Risk Reduction - Learning Matters.
Applications are invited for the International Training Course on Disaster Risk Management of Cultural Heritage organized by the Institute of Disaster Mitigation for Urban Cultural Heritage, Ritsumeikan University in collaboration with UNESCO, ICCROM and ICOMOS. The course will take place in Kyoto, Kobe and Tohoku, Japan from 6th to 22nd September 2014.
