I am Lany Verayanti, West Sumatra Program Manager of IDEP Foundation, Indonesia. We are based in Bali, Indonesia and since September 2009 post West Sumatra earthquake has been develop and manage program capacity building for local NGO's in term of DRR and also together with (Australia Indonesia Facility for Disaster Reduction) sounding an important message of earthquake save building with 'Build Back Better' campaign program.
Related to build capacity of local NGO's, we try to encourage them to think a better future by implement DRR approach/mainstream in their program to achieve community resilient through local NGO's coalition for Disaster Response and Management called LUMBUNG DERMA. Now I am in the process of learning and understanding your 'community resilient characteristic'
With this message I would like to ask your permission to use your guideline and also ask for your kindly help if I face any problem in the process of understanding.
