Indigenous knowledge captured in children's drawings (El Pegador, Nicaragua)

Children (with the support of their parents and grandparents), drew signals from nature indicating changes in the weather that allow families in the Dry Corridor of Nicaragua to prepare and mitigate the impacts of heavy rains or droughts. The opinion of children matters to reduce disaster risk.
